Max Scherzer (Cash)

Max is the obvious stud to pay up for tonight against the Orioles, one of the worst teams in baseball. Scherzer is on the good side of a high favorite and a low total. Even coming off of a shaky performance last time out, Scherzer is still worth his $11,800 salary on FanDuel. A solid cash game play for tonight.

James Paxton (Cash)

Paxton is in fantastic form and is a massive favorite from Vegas tonight. A lot of the Rangers good bats he is facing, are left handed such as, Choo, Mazara, and Gallo. These left-lefty match-ups should really benefit Paxton tonight, as he has been one of the top premiere strikeout pitchers in the league this season.

Ross Stripling (GPP)

Stripling has had a really good 3 game stretch over the past couple weeks. His price remains very affordable on FanDuel at $7,500, allowing you to spend up on some high quality bats. Surprisingly, he is a huge favorite of -200 tonight (meaning you need to bet 200 dollars just to make 100). This sets him up in line for a quality start and a win, which is 10 fantasy points right there. With 26 strikeouts in his last three starts, Stripling makes for an awesome medium risk, high reward option tonight.

Clayton Richard (GPP)

Clayton Richard should go very under the radar tonight for no reason really. He’s a pitcher that always gets overlooked and shouldn’t. Pitching in San Diego, against an underwhelming hitting team in the Miami Marlins. Richard’s game log isn’t too shabby at all. Him and Stripling present very similar match-ups and salaries tonight, and both make for high quality GPP picks.
