Ricky Rubio is one of my point guards tonight that I will be using in my lineup. The Warriors are ranked 26th against point guards this season and Rubio has been in good form as of late. This game has a monster o/u of 231.5 which means there will be a lot of scoring going on. This is a great thing to hear when you pick the ball handler of the offense. Lots of points translates to a lot of assists for Rubio. My only worry is a possible blowout, but I feel that the T-Wolves can play well enough to stay in this game. Rubio’s $6,800 price tag means he needs 34 fantasy points tonight to reach value. Expect him to be pretty low owned tonight.

Now that Anderson is ruled out, I’m pivoting to my second favorite PF of the day in Noel. The 76er’s really rely on Noel with Okafor out and he is the focal point of their offense. If you look at his game log, you will see that he has been very solid as of late and can post big fantasy point games. He needs 35 fantasy points tonight to reach value and I think that he is able to reach this mark tonight at home against the Celtics. Lock him in your lineups on this small game slate.

Today is Saturday, so I’m picking my favorite play out of anyone. Paul Millsap is my go-to guy tonight at a price of $8,100. He is playing the Houston Rockets who are the second worst in the NBA against the power forward position. This game will be at a high pace and will benefit Millsap greatly. Last time he played the Rockets, he put up more than 50 fantasy points. He needs 40.5 FP tonight to reach value and should have little to no issue doing that. Expect him to be pushing the high 40’s tonight in fantasy points.

Enes Kanter is a sneaky play tonight. The reasons are because he is has scored over 30 fantasy points on 5 of the last 6 nights, he’s got a juicy matchup tonight against the 76er’s, and a lot of people will be focused on Bismack tonight. He has shown that he doesn’t need starters minutes in order to put up starters fantasy points. While Bismack is a great play tonight IF Valanciunas is out. I’m trying to steer you in a different direction with Kanter. He is only $5,300, meaning he only needs 26.5 fantasy points tonight to hit value. He has shown that he can easily do this as of late and should have no problem succeeding against the poor rebounding 76er’s.

Bobby Portis is a PF I like a lot in tonight’s slate. The opportunity will be there for him tonight against a bad Nets team. Taj Gibson and Pau Gasol are ruled out already so the minutes should be there for Portis tonight. His price is $3,800 meaning who only needs 19 Fanatasy Points in tonight’s game. This shouldn’t be an issue for the talented young Portis.

If you have played DFS enough, you will know that players can put up a dud in the best of matchups and that’s just what Clarkson did last night. On to the next day here where I’ll provide you BOTH SF’s I’m playing tonight because one, I feel bad about Clarkson, and two because I’m torn between who has the better matchup tonight. Both Mirtoic and Fournier are going to be playing at least 30 minutes tonight and need to each hover around that 25 fantasy point mark. I think that this happens and they will combine for over 50 fantasy points between the two of them tonight.
