MLB Main Slate Teams to Stack

Let’s look into a few teams that should be targeted in a stack tonight. Yes, we have a Coors game that should obviously be targeted, but I won’t mention it in my write up.

Royals/Blue Jays game (Even spread, 10 o/u)

This game in Toronto is looking like a great game to stack. We have two teams that don’t have much going on pitching wise. The Royals are throwing out Danny Duffy, who has been all over the place this year, and shows no consistency whatsoever. Then you have the Blue Jays, who kind of just close their eyes and figure out pitching minutes before first pitch. It seems, right now, that they are starting Reid-Foley and maybe having Edwin Jackson come in for long relief? All I know, is that you want to have bats in this game.

Nationals (-156 favorites, 10.5 o/u)

The Nationals are positioned well in Detroit tonight. They are on the positive side of a big over/under, and have a great matchup against Daniel Norris. Norris has a 4.69 ERA and barely gets through starts every time he takes the mound. I think the Nationals righties are a great thing to target on tonight’s slate.

Brewers (-153 favorites, 10.5 o/u)

The Brewers are almost identical to the Nationals in the eyes of Vegas tonight. How many times can the Brewers not pan out on this home stand? I would like to think that they finally have a huge night in another quality position against Chris Archer and the Pirates. Archer has a 5.56 ERA and is really showing that the Rays committed robbery against the Pirates in that trade that sent Austin Meadows and Tyler Glasnow to Tampa for Archer. I think the Brewers go off tonight, but they have disappointed recently, so we’ll see.
